Proximal Humerus Locking Plate System

The proximal humerus locking plate has a symmetrical design, allowing it to be used on both the left and right side. The head of the locking plate is designed to conform to the contour of the neck and head of the humerus. 

Screw type:

• 1) Variable locking screw Ø3.5 mm
• 2) Cortical screw Ø3.5 mm
• 3) Locking screw Ø3.5 mm

Materials:

• Titanium grade 23 Ti-6Al-4V-ELI

Precaution:

- The proximal humerus locking plate and screw are designed to be used with its instruments.

- The proximal humerus locking plate must not be used with screws other than those manufactured by Digital Orthopedic Solutions Co., Ltd.

- The proximal humerus locking plate is designed to be used in a specific position, that is proximal humerus.

Warnings:

- Read the “Instruction for use” carefully before use.

- Do not use, if the package or the product is damaged.

- Notice the warnings on the label and accompanying documents before use

Contraindications:

- Active infection

- Patients with limited blood supply

- Patients with insufficient quality or quantity of bone e.g. Osteoporosis

- Lacks musculocutaneous cover

- Severely non-compliant patients with mental or neurological conditions who are unwilling or incapable of following postoperative care instructions.

- Malignant primary or metastatic tumors

- Patients with metal allergies and foreign body sensitivity.
