Distal Tibia Locking Plate System

The distal tibia locking plate is low profile and conforms well to the patient’s bone. The plate is contoured to match the anatomy of the distal tibia,achieving the alignment and fit.

Screw type:

• 1) Locking screw Ø5.0 mm

• 2) Locking screw Ø3.5 mm

• 3) Cortical screw Ø4.5 mm

Materials:

• Titanium grade 23 Ti-6Al-4V-ELI

Precaution:

- The distal tibia locking plate and screw are designed to be used with its instruments.

- The distal tibia locking plate must not be used with screws other than those manufactured by Digital Orthopedic Solutions Co., Ltd.

- The distal tibia locking plate is designed to be used in a specific position, that is distal tibia.

Warnings:

- Read the “Instruction for use” carefully before use.

- Do not use, if the package or the product is damaged.

- Notice the warnings on the label and accompanying documents before use

Contraindications:

- Active infection

- Patients with limited blood supply

- Patients with insufficient quality or quantity of bone e.g. Osteoporosis

- Lacks musculocutaneous cover

- Severely non-compliant patients with mental or neurological conditions who are unwilling or incapable of following postoperative care instructions.

- Malignant primary or metastatic tumors

- Patients with metal allergies and foreign body sensitivity.
